When a gift card is sent, it can sometimes be automatically filtered through to Junk, Spam or ' 'Other' folders within an inbox.
Please advise the recipient to check these folders before contacting customer service.
If the Gift Card still cannot be located, our Customer Service team will assist you. Please contact them with the following details:
- The order number you received when you purchased the Gift Card or the email address registered to the account the voucher was ordered from.
- The value of the Gift Card
- The email address the Gift Card was sent to
